Our admission process helps parents become familiar with Muppets Children's Centres, its philosophy and programs. To begin, add your name to our wait list by submitting the 'Wait List' form below. The City of Toronto provides financial fees assistance for eligible families. The Centre Supervisor will contact you to explain our fees and how child care subsidy works.

What is Child Care Fee Subsidy?
For families who require subsidy, the City of Toronto can provide assistance for those who are eligible.

When applying for subsidy, you will need to write the name of three licensed child-care centres you are interested in. Please write 'Muppets Children's Centres' when prompted.
